Haven on Peachwood Apartments

Getting this apartment was such an easy and smooth process! The manager, Bianca, was absolutely amazing throughout everything. She deserves 10 stars if that were possible! She was incredibly helpful, patient, and answered every single question I had. Bianca made the whole experience stress-free and welcoming from start to finish. I truly appreciate all of her help and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great apartment and excellent management!

Bianca was excellent she took very good care of me and my family took us on an amazing tour and was extremely informative and quick witted. My brother referred us to the neighborhood and as soon as we arrived we were met with an immediate warm welcome. My wife and children love the unit and swimming pool above all lol. Also would like to thank management for helping with the move in process along the way. Farrin & Dionna were amazing and attentive to our needs THANK YOU we look forward to becoming apart of the neighborhood!

I lived in this complex for 4 years before I moved out in August 2025. The first few years were great -- friendly neighbors, upkept facilities, and caring management. However, the property underwent management changes three times before I finally left. When the most recent management company (RPM Living) took over, things fell apart. The landscaping was not kept up, maintenance issues across the complex seemed to skyrocket, the dog park became so overrun with feces it was unusable, communication with residents became poor, rent increased despite no improvements to the property, and tenants were leaving in droves. I and many other tenants who had been there for years made the hard decision to leave. But moving out has not ended my issues with the leasing company. I have been trying to get R
