Haven on Highland

I’ve had a great experience living at Haven on Highland. The location is fantastic—walkable, convenient, and close to everything. The building is modern, clean, and the apartments are comfortable and well designed. The on-site team really sets this place apart. Broca Ferguson and Kristie Krol are friendly, professional, and very responsive, which makes living here easy and stress-free. Overall, it’s a great community and one of the best apartment experiences I’ve had in Salt Lake City. I’d definitely recommend it.

Haven of Highland has a massive cockroach infestation and used to be Holiday Hills and has had a bed bug and cockroach infestation for years. Most likely the bed bugs will come out of the walls and so people who live here should regularly spray or treat the place. This infestation has spread to neighboring communities and is a disaster for those who live nearby. They are owned and operated by the same owners that didn't take care of it when it was Holiday Hills. They put up fresh paint and new interiors but once it's filled up they plan to raise the rents substantially. I felt degraded by Broca and refuse to interact with her in the future. We already have had tons of complaints with neighbors having parties late into the night keeping people up. We can hear the disturbances in commu

After touring several properties, this one quickly became my top choice. The location is excellent, the grounds are beautifully maintained, and everything is incredibly clean. I also appreciated that there aren’t a bunch of hidden or extra fees, and the apartments themselves are brand new with high-quality finishes. I did come across a review that gave me some hesitation, but after visiting in person and speaking with Broca and Kristy, I felt confident moving forward. They were friendly, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about the residents. My experience at the property didn’t reflect the concerns I had read — quite the opposite. If something becomes available within my move-in timeline, I’ll definitely be applying!

I’m extremely grateful for the team from the leasing office especially Brocca she made really easy the moving process also kristie both of them very nice, my place is totally brand new and in really good conditions, public spaces are very nice and clean

I love this place. Broca did Amazing moving us in, in under a week!!!Kristy is great. Both women that work in the office are amazing and go above & beyond. I really appreciate them!! Kristy & Broca stay on top of things and are very helpful. Everyone here is very kind. All the staff go out of their way to make you feel special. I’d like to give a huge shoutout to All the office staff and maintenance. The apartment is great& extremely quiet, which I love. I HAVENT EVER seen a roach or bug inside the apartment, extremely clean. One of the cleanest & nicest apartments I ever lived in. Feels just like 🏠 The maintenance man Bill comes the same day if needed. Beautiful property. Spacious, secure & quiet. Very quite respectful residents. I hope to be here in the future!
