I just moved in today and property manager was amazing! She was very professional and helped me ease my stress! This has been such a wonderful experience! I am super happy!

Horrendous housing experience. Infested with roaches, rodents, AC doesn’t work properly during the summer due to poor insulation, leaks went unattended after numerous notifications which turned into visible mold and obvious water damage to the unit. On top of all of that, the company kept our security deposit and kept changing their reasoning as to why that was. We have an extensive paper trail and we simply get ignored. Run away as fast as you can.

Had a scheduled tour and no one was there. I waited about 30 minutes. Super unprofessional.

I am sorry to say that it is the worst housing experience I have ever had in my life. The lady in the office does not accept criticism and complaints. In addition, the area is not safe and you have to watch your car all the time. The noise is terrible all day and night. I made a mistake at first because I did not see the comments about the housing, but I do not advise anyone at all to live here.

I've been living here for years. My two back to back upstairs neighbors are extremely loud and are constantly walking at all hours of the day, the flooring is extremely creaky. Now, the apartment decides to enforce new parking rules and begin charging visitors $10 a night to park in the visitors spots which there are only 6 of, for a property this large, it is embarrassing. Also an additional $35 monthly parking, even if you are on the lease. Not just that, incredibly disrespectful to charge visitors to come see their family or friend. This is discouraging to current tenants and I will be re-evaluating my apartment lease renewal. The vastly unnecessary changes coming to this apartment complex are unbelievable, don't move here.
