I, absolutely Love living at this property. Clean and very well kept, quiet and peaceful. The office staff, is very pleasant. They, made it all possible with ease to move in. Maintenance, is right on time, and very respectful and friendly. Just a joy, all around for me.

I had the wonderful opportunity to support the managing team in this less than 30 day lease-up. We did it🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽. Love it and the highlights were letting our applicants know their application had received the final approval. Yes application process is a bit intense but worth it.. Wonderful experience living at the HAVEN; the peace is a big plus for me. Staff are on their job, give them some grace they have a lot to accomplish for the HAVEN. With that being said would I recommend the HAVEN YES YES

The Haven at Congaree Pointe it’s just what it named and it’s become a haven for all that stay here. from the time you turn off the street and you’re walking to the office and meet the staff and then you meet the tenants here.
