Still being harassed and falsely accused by management. As of today, October 23, 2025. Property Manager needs to be fired. Management does not take care of things, is very difficult to deal with and the tenants are afraid of the current property manager who I am forbidden from saying his name. After a defective sprinkler burst in my apartment causing a flood, the insurance would not pay, and Hatton House expecting me to pay $1000 for the sprinkler and that it was my fault. I did not have to pay it in the end but they tried to take it out of my bank account without my permission. When I asked for help, I was first ignored and then barated by several staff members including The current unnamed office manager should be fired. This place is so much better than the first time I visited a few years ago. I was pleasantly surprised to see how much brighter it looks and all the upgrades they have made. The floors look beautiful now, no more carpet. That's a really big deal for a pet friendly place. I love it!

The environment was clean and quiet when I visited a resident. I recognized that there are more activities there now. This is a very nice community. The new management seems to be doing a great job.

April 2025 ***** Google don't hide these 5 stars! Paul is the property manager. I live comfortably in a clean and quiet unit,bug free because I clean. You hear some people in the daytime. Most of us relax until the weekly events take place. The 4 bosses work together with employees and have done great things since January 2025. They even help stock the in-house food pantry. Humanitarians and retired professionals live here since there are background checks. Some senior citizens work. Many enjoy quiet country living. Pool area freshly updated. Great events. New workshops! It's up to you. See for yourself.
