We met with Mike and Karen McGinty, Branford Office, about the sale of our home in O'Brien. That meeting went well as we felt they were the local down to earth folks we wanted to represent us and our property. Our initial observation(s) proved out. Hatcher Realty made selling our house an almost stress free process. Their photographer did a professional job of presenting the house and everyone we dealt with was considerate. All correspondence was responded to, and questions were answered in a timely manner. We were unable to attend the closing and they handle it with no problems. We are happy they took care of us in the sale of our home.
