The 5 star review is not a Toll employee. He is my neighbor. These homes were built better than most new construction homes. They have increased significantly in value in the year we have lived here. Convenient. I can arrive in center city in 45 minutes without a car.
I strongly advise anyone thinking about purchasing a new home in this development to look elsewhere, it is not worth the trouble. The other reviews about how Toll Brothers treats you before closing vs after closing are spot on. We moved into one of these town homes a little over a month ago. The experience before moving in was exceptional -- extremely friendly and accommodating all around. But how Toll Brothers treats you afterwards is pretty shocking. Within a few days of moving in, the carpets in every single room began showing massive stains. We figured this was a bad lot of carpet and Toll Brothers would fix it right away, but we were very wrong. Home are really nice. Unfortunately the train tracks and grave yard is literally your view from your balcony.. so we did not move forward. Else wise we had made the purchase if it wasnt for that.
The townhouses were beautiful. Much more than I had expected. Which Justified the price a lot more. You definitely feel like you are in your own home opposed to three row townhouse
