Hastings Apartments

Not good communication at all. -We moved out Aug 14th- Our Move out paper work was never sent. Dates were made up on the paper work they sent out in October to our new place in Utah with the wrong dates on them! all made up. We are being charged 10,000$! and thinking we are getting sent to collections with out any communication.... Miryam S. Should of sent us moving out paper work 1 month after moving out and that did not happen. and She made up dates on our paper work! the dates are wrong. She only wanted to communicate over phone no texting and no emailing. only phone call. so thats fishy as it is. and we were going to pay the break the lease fee (we needed to move for my husbands job out of state 11 hours away and break the lease. but NO they wanted to charge us AUG. SEPT. OCT. NOV. DE

I had a very positive experience working with Felicia Threlkeld, the regional manager, and Miryam Sanchez, the property manager. Both were professional, understanding, and responsive throughout my time at the property. Felicia was especially helpful in finding fair and practical solutions, and Miryam made the move-out process smooth and respectful. I really appreciate their kindness and clear communication — it made a big difference. Thank you both for your support and professionalism!

Really poor communication skills and then when you're reaching out to them about stuff they'll turn around and tell you, well you didn't communicate any of that with me, but low and behold when she checked her email to find out I had, it was still my fault?
