I purchased a home through the above Realty Company in September 2024. While the property initially appeared in good condition, after moving in I began to notice several issues that were not apparent during the buying process. These included, e.g., preexisting mold, plumbing leaks, a rat/ mouse infestation in the attic and walls of the home which is currently costing me health problems and thousands of dollar to resolve as of today. I reached out to the seller once I discovered these issues right after closing to discuss these concerns. Unfortunately, the follow-up and support after the sale did not meet my expectations.
