Harwell Apartments

These Apartments are RAT INFESTED!!! I also have videos which I can’t upload, but they are very disgusting! Also you pay for trash to be picked up and it NEVER gets picked up, they’ve switched managers 2x’s since I’ve been here as well . And there is only 1 maintenance worker who barely speaks English. They came and got 1 rodent out of the apartment and I saw an Have video footage of the other 2. Ive took precautions myself , they should have someone that comes out and spray or put something down. There’s also light switches but no lights inside of the bedrooms only a closet light… there’s much more I have to say but there is no point if nothing is going to be done. Only receiving 5 stars because of Mr. Jose. I was put in an unfortunate circumstance, the office staff was not trying to hear what problem they had caused and being trying to explain what was told to me by them, they started talking over me not allowing me to speak. Not knowing who to talk to, I was forced to move out and live in my car. Weeks passed and I was praying everyday for a miracle to happen, that’s when Mr. Jose called me and actually listened to what had happened. He resolved the issue and I now have a place to stay again. Thank you, Mr.Jose.

Honestly has been a bad experience since moving in. First off, I was never told to register my car on the website they emailed me AFTER my car got towed. After they asked for my vehicles information I assumed it was done then. Now I have no electricity for 2 days now because they haven’t fulfilled an inspection for the unit or building I’m not 100% sure what it is. Mind you my electric bill is up to date and is always paid way before the due date. Most of the food in my fridge and freezer are going bad if they haven’t already. I don’t have family here because I just moved here. It just feels like what’s supposed to be my safe haven feels like hell. I’ve only lived here for 2 months and I’m honestly afraid of what the next 10 are gonna look like.

Living here have been so stressful an this my first apartment it was all good starting off in till I moved in these apartments are infested with rats yall pls don’t move here people from all over the apartment have told me they also have this problem when I bring it up into the office they tried to act like they didn’t known nothing about this mind u I find a mice on a trap that I didn’t put there which means they did or the people before us so they know in I have tried everything down to even calling code compliance an still have them on top of me having a small child this is not rt I hate it fr an don’t know what to do at this point

I was charged extra fees i dont recommend this place i have photos that bertha adds more fees to the rent she added twice each fee on my rent bill . I need someone to reach out to me ASAP this is discrimination and its not ethical . I never write a bad review but this was so alarming i am very concerned about the issues that the lady in the office is doing .she is the assistant manager named bertha . I wouldn't recommend speaking to her she is rude and many residents have concerns about her discriminating the hispanic people living here . I want someone to reach out to me asap this is concerning and i dont feel welcome . She cant be discriminating noone thats against the law
