Harvard Yard and Glenmary Apartments

I came in last week to get an application. Ebony was at lunch at the time, but I was greeted very kindly and offered to wait in the community room on the couch so I could be more comfortable. Edgar from security was also very welcoming and helpful, which immediately made me feel safe and comfortable. Once Ebony returned, she was extremely professional and took the time to answer all of my questions. When she showed me the unit, she was delightful and welcoming throughout the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, I was already loving the environment and truly hoping I’ll be able to move in.

I moved into the Harvard Yard Apartments about a couple months back and when I tell you the service has been remarkable. It only took 29 days to process me in from application to turn key. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate all of my concerns and thoughts. I Love living here so I recommend the Harvard Yard to everyone. Thanks Carlos and Ebony

I came to Harbor Yard a couple of times recently once to pick up an application for my grandpa and then again to return it. The security guard, Edgar, was very polite both times and greeted everyone who came in with a friendly attitude. He really made the place feel safe and welcoming. Eboni helped me out by giving me the application and was super nice! She answered all my questions and made the whole process easy. Another thing I noticed is that the reception and entrance area smell really, really good, which shows that they maintain and keep the building clean for their tenants. Absolutely ready to move here. Eboni and the staff were excellent in explaining in detail everything. The building was clean the apartment I toured was really nice.

Ebony is awesome. The bldg is clean and smells clean also. The court yard is lush and green. Was really interested until I realized it's just not enough closet space for me There is no waiting list at this time so if you're looking for an apt and are a senior give them a call.
