I've used Harvard for many transactions, and they have great customer service. They keep you informed, and are very knowledgeable.

EDIT: This matter was taken care of after I followed up with them on Monday morning, Chris took the time to call me and explain the delay to me and reassured me they would be covering the fees as well as paying off the loan today. Really hoping I can change this review to a positive one but unfortunately, as of now it is negative. I worked with this agency for my first home and decided to pay off a car loan during my closing. I was told they would send the money to the bank and it would be taken care of (which they did attempt to do!) unfortunately 2 weeks went by and I contacted the bank and they claimed they had no trace of the check (US mail at its finest, not the agencies fault). I emailed them with this update and was told they could place a stop payment which is where the issue come

I recently used Harvard Title when purchasing my first house. Throughout the entire process they made everything very easy and informed me and things that I didn’t know. Everyone on the team was great to work with, especially Christina! They were very fast to respond to my questions throughout the day or night. I was able to meet with Clark the day of closing...(We closed on time!!) He is a very knowledgeable man, he answered every question I could throw at him. The staff at Harvard title are excellent to work with. They provide the greatest customer service and are so thorough an all the paperwork. They go above and beyond to accommodate your schedule and their fees are really fair. Would highly recommend Harvard Title!
