I would NEVER recommend living there as long as Kathy Pennington is running that place—STRAIGHT INTO THE GROUND. We had bedbugs, reported it; they did 1 heat treatment and 1 spray treatment that did NOT work and then evicted me after I refused to pay for a treatment that DID NOT WORK. Putting my entire family (4 kids + grandchild) out of home without a care in the world after living there 10 years without any major problems. By the grace of God, Riley Hospital was able able to help us out with an attorney & thank God because she as trying to put EVERY BIT of the damage costs on me after they refused to come out and fix anything. Still had to pay $3k+ to that horrible company for terrible service & treatment. NEVER RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!!

I lived here for two years with my family and over the course of those two years my family had been put through all kinds of trouble. Kathy Pennington, the property manager, is very rude and will cross her arms and stare at you disrespectfully, she will evict you if you happen to get her beds, which was the case for my family. We had been treated and that treatment wasn’t successful, and Kathy waited almost 6 months to reevaluate our apartment and when she did she threatened to evict us, when my parents went to address the situation Kathy sent the exterminator, who didn’t even do his job, and then Kathy filed for eviction and everything was over, and she claimed my step mother owed her over 2,000$ and she wouldn’t even accept Rent. I did not like this place because we had bedbugs, and in the process of trying to get treated in early April. The manager tried to kick my family out because of this in may. Then in August, after one of our pets had passed away on August 13 2024, they had kicked us out and gave us until September 4th to move out of our apartment. They ended up coming into our apartment without knocking and asking if we needed the rest of the evening to get packed. We did not get fully packed until today. It took us forever, because we had lived there for almost 10 years. I would definitely NOT recommend this place to live because the maintenance acts very strange, and the apartment manager is very rude, and will give you mail if you have something as little as a gum wrapper on your porch. I have lived here for #23 years. I love it!!! If you have any problems the maintdnnence men are here in a minute. They respectful and very skilled, no matter what the problem. The office staff are great. Also very nice and always helpful. Are board of directors are fair and concerned with our needs. Our grounds and homes are kept lovely. I plan to live here for the rest of my life!!!!

I live here now. It's always very quiet. Management and neighbors are very sweet and helpful. Tons of playgrounds for kids. If something needs fixed they take care of it right away. Managment is always communicating with us with things happening. Right now they are redoing the parking lot and it's looking great! Fantastic place to live.
