Harvard Apartments

It's been 5 weeks since we moved in, we payed almost 2k for an apartment that barely works. Half electricity, no hot water, and the toilet doesn't work properly. We've complained and told the manager the issues. We was told they would call the people necessary for the issues, the only thing they fixed since we've been here is the AC. Barely any electricity. No hot water. And again malfunctioned toilet. I've went up to the office itself and tried to solve the issues, but I was greeted with a rude and disrespectful lady. She said it was *illegal* to talk to one of her worker that recently helped us with the AC problem. All I want is the apartment to be fixed. There are children in here. I haven't taken a hot shower in 2 weeks and that was at a hotel. It's sad how these people can get away wi

I can't wait until this lease is up. My son can't take a shower, the tub is not usable. He pays 1261 a month. The apartment supposed to have a washer & dryer haven't gotten that yet. Im going to post the pictures of the tub. These people do not go above and beyond to correct the problems. Do not rent here

anagement training. The complex will do better with management that is trained on how to talk,communicate. Some people are not meant to be around people and Helen by the way you choose to talk to people you are definitely one of those people. Please listen and do better. Very sad . The maintenance guy that is there need to find a workplace that will truly value him they do not. It is truly about them and not about the tenants either. Mr maintenance guy value yourself.

The property manager is very communicative, understand, and helped me a lot. It’s nice quiet place to live and can’t wait for my friends to move here too!

Worst apartment ever. Bug, drug and cat infested. It takes forever for the apartment management to fix heat during winter. Public housing is better of compare to this apartment. Rent an apartment at your own detriment.
