Hartwood at Briarwest

I just called to get information on the apartment complex and to MAYBE plan a tour and was greeted on the phone with one of the worst attitudes ever by a person named Deborah. If you don’t want to be at work or if you’re not happy, don’t take it out when people that are calling to genuinely ask about the property. Plus, I had the phone call being recorded so I have proof of me being greeted with the worst attitude ever. I ended the call with sorry you’re having a bad day. I’m good. !! Smh disappointing And truly disgusting attitude.

I only called to know if they had an available unit but the person who picked up the phone was just rude and sounded as if she was transferring aggression. It is not that hard to politely tell someone that you have no available unit at this time. So many people have been complaining about the poor customer service yet nothing has been done about it. The place is nice but your staff are ruining your reputation. Change them and all will be okay!

State Farm recently hosted an event here and had a wonderful experience. The apartments are friendly and welcoming, the property is beautiful, and the management is excellent. Debra went above and beyond to make everything smooth and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a great place to live with top-notch service, you won’t be disappointed!

The complex is actually nice. Debra and the rest of the staff do a great job keeping the property pretty clean. I’m sure due to the area and what comes with the territory makes it a little challenging for the staff to keep a smile all day. However, Debra was nice and accommodating.

My experience was amazing, I'm so happy to be here. It's so nice and clean. The assistant manager, Joanne Garza was so nice and welcoming. She went above and beyond to make sure my paperwork was done correctly. She was absolutely the BEST MANAGER I have ever crossed paths with out of all the apartments I have stayed in. I love these apartments and I am going to refer them to all that needs a beautiful apartment. Very quiet and the nicest people very helpful. Five stars to Joanne Garza, God bless. I recommend these apartments to anyone who is looking for one.
