Hartley Flats

Omar and the management staff have been awesome in helping me find the right apartment and responding with questions about the building. They take good care of the amenities and people in the apartment are friendly. The location is fantastic too. Highly recommend Hartley Flats to anyone looking for a new place to live in a fun area

I want to preface that I really love living in this building. I've been here for about a year and a half now, and the apartment is beautiful. The amenities are excellent, the location is unbeatable, and neighbors are quiet. The surrounding bars can definitely get loud, especially on Thursdays and saturdays, but it's never anything that's lost me sleep. However, the maintenance has taken a steep decline recently. The first year I lived here, I had every request acknowledged and seen to within the next day or two. Their maintenance manager Ernesto was exceptional and willing to work with my schedule. Since i renewed i have had unaddressed requests sitting in queue for months, and even urgent requests have gone over 24 hours without communication. I understand being short staffed and the nega

Maintenance in this building has dropped off a cliff lately. Currently the first floor parking garage is ripped off the hinges, see photos. I’ve contacted emergency maintenance earlier this evening but they haven’t done anything. Live somewhere else.

We lived at Hartley Flats with our 1-year old son for six months. The neighborhood is very loud and not necessarily child-friendly (few sidewalks for strollers, etc.), but we enjoyed our time there. PROS: The apartments are clean, spacious and updated. Complex itself was pretty quiet during our time there. The community room, business center and gym were always well-maintained. The maintenance staff is very quick and kind. Proximity to bars and restaurants in RiNo is unbeatable. Hallways and stairwells smell fresh and clean. The pool was really nice. Office holds packages for you. Security patrol. Our unit had a great view of the city. CONS: Disorganized bookkeeping and front office. Jeremy was a great property manager but it seemed like the rest of the front office staff had no idea what

I have lived at Harley flats for almost 2 years now and have really enjoyed my time here. Staff is very kind. Maintenance is quick to respond and fix any issues. There is a great team here that works daily to ensure the property is clean. The location is amazing and walkable to restaurants, live music and baseball games. They host monthly events for residents at local spots around RiNo. I would highly recommend living at Hartley flats!
