Terrible and careless building company. Since deciding to build a neighborhood within our neighborhood, I have had to get three new tires!! They’ve also caused flooding in places we never saw flooding before. Our HOA is in consistent communication with them and they refuse to help despite the extreme inconvenience they’re causing neighbors. Do better.

I recently purchased a home from Hartizen Homes in Summerlake reserve in Wintergarden. From beginning to end, I have not met a more professional group of people from the sales team the building team. They get back to you seven days a week. They are on top of every single detail and I would highly recommend anyone considering purchasing a home from this builder. The sales team and project managers are exceptional! I have personally built homes in New York myself and understand the enormity of the project. I could not be happier I can’t wait to move in there. There are still a couple of amazing home sites still available in this community and I would highly recommend taking a look if you’re interested in purchasing a quality home from a really great builder.
