Let us resign our lease only to put it up for sale the very next month, horrible with maintenance orders and horrible communication skills. Dealt with people touring the house multiple times a month for 6 months. Went through 3 refrigerators because every one we got from them ended up breaking, eventually bought our own. Same situation with the dryers. Dead roaches in the kitchen cabinets when we first moved in. Not a good experience.

I would choose 0 stars if I could but I had to choose 1. We had a terrible experience with Hart Properties selling our home. In the beginning Andre' and his partner Pat were very willing to sale our house but after several months of not showing it was obvious they were not capable of doing their job. I did a little research and I found out that Hart Properties has only rentals. We went with a different realtor, bigger and more global company, and within a week we had couple of offers and now we are negotiating a contract. Choose a different realtor if you want to sell your property!

During our one year lease with Hart Properties Pat Fernandez was kind and very responsive whenever we needed her assistance. When it became possible for us to purchase the house we had been leasing, she was extremely helpful with the transition!

Thankful to have Pat! I have had many property managers and rented through many companies always leaving with a sour experience. This time I guess I got really lucky. My first experience with a property management company was not worth continuing. Hart Property is in a completely higher class. Very pleased in a short time.
