Harrison Place Apartments

Moving in Harrison Place Apartments has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. The staff is wonderful Kris he’s one of the property managers. He’s amazing along with the other two young ladies that’s working in the office Any concerns that I’ve had haven’t met.. I feel like if you’re looking for a nice place a quiet place and a secure place to call home this will be it and then we also have Lawrence police to live out here. I mean, he can’t beat that…. I definitely plan on renewing my lease and staying

I'm giving it 4 stars because the place is nice to live in, it's quiet and the apartments are very comfortable... but the bad thing is that in winter the cold air comes in through the balcony doors and the apartment entrance door and the apartment doesn't stay warm for very long. I understand that the rent is high for so little entertainment; there's no dog park, no playground, and no sports court of any kind.

I loved living here. I lived in the condos and the neighborhood was extremely safe for my children. The office staff was always kind and welcoming. They did have issues with fixing things when I moved in but maintenance was kind and quick when I needed repairs done. I would have stayed longer but it was just too expensive. The pool and gym are nice to have as well and they are locked and it feels secure.

I had the best experience 10s across the board Molly Oldham was absolutely amazing and deserves the biggest raise. She’s absolutely perfect and the main reason for me choosing this place to be my home. She has an amazing bubbly personality and very honest and open to answering any of my questions I was completely shocked that she’s only been here for 7 months. The apartments themselves are stunning and i absolutely love this area anyone would love it here. Ask for Molly if you have any questions she’s awesome!!!

Loved our living experience here. Wonderful neighborhood, clean property, and helpful staff. The manager Chris is the best. Very attentive and always there to help with anything!
