I worked with Gary and he was fantastic! He opened up the home I was going to purchase several times so I could get measurements and talk with vendors. He gave great advice when dealing with the vendors. He explained everything in detail at the closing today, and it all went smoothly! I got the keys and I am in my new home! Thank you so much Gary. The agent, Mike, lied right to our faces. He said all we needed was, good rental history, and good income. We have excellent both. He also said he doesn't care about our credit score. LIE!!! When he called my fiancee to tell us he wasn't going to let us rent the house the first thing he brought up was his credit score. That was the only thing he has a problem with. My fiancee and I have perfect rental history, and he works for a Fortune 500 company. And makes well over the times the rent. But none is that matters if you have a few student loans. Mike is a liar and the company is a joke. Run the other way!!

I have the pleasure of working with Susan Tulli and Mike Miller as their Roofing subcontractor. I am looking forward to having Susan as my real estate agent when I buy my first house in a couple of years. In the meantime, she has been a big help at advising me about the things I need to do before house shopping. She is such a doll and so helpful.

Black mold in apartment. Do not rent from Mike Miller. I signed the lease for apartment 2880 College Street, Jax FL. He refused to do move-in cleaning, and painting, which I took on under the condition my first month was half off. As I was cleaning the place I found black mold outside and inside both A/C units, which made the place inhabitable. By law he had an obligation to have that place remediated and best course of action was to have both AC units replaced. Instead of taking any action he confirmed on a Sunday to void lease and refund me. We agreed to meet Wednesday. On Monday he text me saying he has to talk with his book keeper about my funds. I tried calling him and texting him with no response. It took until Wednesday morning when I threaten to take legal action for him to respond

Can confirm the one stars below. Not sure about the rest of the people here, but that Mike guy is trash, and by association, the rest can't be much better. I'm sure he's a great guy to be friends with, but 100% shady. You can tell the moment you meet him that he's a shady business pro. I'm sure he's great at selling houses because of that, so of course he's the top selling one (which is funny because the company has like 3 people and they still put a sign of top seller like they are competing against 50 guys). To give you perspective, if this guy had a car dealership, it would be the type of place that rolls back odometers, tampers with VINs, puts anti leak in ever fluid...
