Harper Landing Apartments

This is the worst apartment to live in. They don’t care about their residents. Our washroom has a leaking problem, and we submitted a complaint, but they haven’t taken care of it for the past month. They came, removed the ceiling, and left without fixing anything. Never move into this apartment because they do not care about their residents. Additionally, the gym facilities are poor—they don’t even have good equipment. I do not recommend this kind of community to anyone.

Things are getting better I think Charlie the manager is doing his best to improve the complex from the last management that drove the place into the ground. I’ve had a few issues but for the most part things have been handled in a timely manner. I appreciate Charlie coming in to fix something that the property management company let get mismanaged for so long

Whole staff is fantastic. New property manager is incredible, leasing staff is extremely helpful and maintenance is really putting the work in to help the community look great. Would highly recommend to all in the ILM area.

I am currently a tenant at Harper Landing Apartments (also known as Oasis at Twinwood), and I strongly advise anyone considering moving here to think twice. For MONTHS, my air conditioning has been broken, and despite multiple service requests, the management has failed to provide a lasting fix. My apartment has reached temperatures as high as 87°F, and I live here with my two-year-old daughter. This has not only made the apartment unlivable, but it's also created a dangerous environment for a young child. What makes it worse is the blatant lack of urgency from management. They've sent people out, but the issue keeps recurring, and now we’re in the middle of summer heat with no relief.
