Harold Square Apartments

I live in the neighborhood that abuts up against this property. The music coming the pool area is so loud we can hear it over in my neighborhood. I called numerous times and there seems to be no management available to handle situations like this when they arise. If I can hear it this far away, where I can hear it inside my house, can't sit in my backyard and enjoy my yard because it's so loud, what must the tenants living there be experiencing? Make sure you do your due diligence before renting here. While the property is well kept and appears clean, not all tenants are created equal and there seems to be no recourse for grievances that happen on weekends.

I've lived here less that 3 months. It's an adjustment for me. I really miss my last apartment. So far, it's very clean and quiet. They send an exterminator around once a month. I haven't seen any bugs as of yet. The apartment is fairly large. The pool is accessible, but you need to go to the office for the key, which I think is a necessary inconvenience. I haven't used the laundry facility because there is a laundromat right across the street and I prefer the wide loaders. They have security patrolling overnight. The complex is well lit. I walk my dog late, and don't feel the least bit nervous. Xiomara, the office manager, has been great. I miss my old place, but I think I'll settle in here just fine. My only worry is flooding. The season just started so.... we'll see. Upda

Not what it use to be. They're sure to raise the rent every year but the pool is never opened. Only half the machines work in the laundry room. Limited parking with less than 8 spots for guests in the whole complex and they conveniently found a way that you can pay for an extra spot if you want it (taking away free guest spots). The best part is you can't get in touch with any owners to discuss issues when you have a problem. You can find cheaper and nicer places elsewhere

This place is terrible. No parking for Guests and there are days the pool ain't even open especially on holidays. There are other places to live cheaper and more affordable and actually nicer than this dump.

Nancy is the WORSE!!! She is so RUDE!!! She should not be doing this job. She doesnt know how to talk to people. She works on the weekends mostly and never knows anything. Unfortunatly she replaced Martha after she left and Harold Square needs to rectify that ASAP!!! The maintenance guy (Noel) is nice but he needs help. He is the only one and takes forever to come fix something.
