Harmony Park

I stayed there when Cynthia was there and she made it beautiful and respectful when you came to the office for anything. After new management a new person came and it wasn't the same delightful office. The new person and her imitation "Nas" sidekick were the opposite. I moved soon as they settled in.

Harmony Park is fantastic and I am sad to be leaving after 4 years. I was in a 1 bedroom unit. The units are cozy and spacious with plenty of storage room in the attic. The bedroom easily accommodated my king size bed. I loved that they have washer and dryer connections in their own laundry room! Any time I had any issues (they were minimal and regular maintenance sort of things) I was promptly responded to. I rarely if ever heard my neighbors and getting a restful nights sleep here is a breeze. Cynthia is and was an amazing landlord and made Harmony Park’s atmosphere extremely pleasant. It feels like a quiet community here. Where people are kind and friendly, just going about their days. I know Cynthia works hard so the residents have a safe place to call home. Everything is old, will not fix your problem but can put on an act like they are doing something. You well still have problems, and your water well stain, red stuff from the water pip, need to be change to an PVC pipe. Water coming from the top,in my rest room, never got fixed. Hard to keep cool are hot air in because of the way,they were built. Mold and bad water damaged problems. The people are cool,the office is different. They well play games,with your rent money,they will lie,they will not be in the office if you need to pay bills. They like to play,so they can charge you, no matter if you talk to the head office personal

Wanted to get son and girlfriend would do then told him they could fill out apps when they new it wouldn’t pass credit check. Stupidity is she was told they didn’t have the credit or the 1&1/2 rent money but fill 2 apps out which would have been 100.00 just to throw away. They are not understanding. What sense does it make to run a credit check that wouldn’t pass when all she had to do was add them to the lease I got the apt for them paid all bill for 3 months. She was very nasty and she lives on the property. I kindly ask her what could be done, she said I’ll give you 30 days to move. I thought u needed an apt she said. Friendly staff, pretty understanding in my experiences with them. They've been doing a lot of renovations to units here starting mid-last year and they look fantastic and modern. Real change from the previous dated looks. It's always quiet around here, which I like a lot. Quiet neighbors, everyone I've ran into has been nice and polite.
