Dont bother leasing here. Place is roach/ mice infested, bad plumbing, drywall peeling off on walls/ ceilings, and the bathroom mirror fell of due to rusty, and unmaintained hinges. On top of that, can't feel safe in my unit, somebody (the neighbor) tried to break in my home the other day, and the office did NOTHING about it. Don't recommend this place to nobody, even if there's nowhere to go, this place ain't it.

Ms. Yasleen is back & all of the maintenance problems are getting fixed ! Everything is getting better again ! You’ll forever love this team and the management in the front office

If you are a US citizen then don't even bother applying here. This place is not for Americans. But they will collect your app fee and non refundable administration fee with no problem. With the stringent requirements they told me that was needed to qualify I wonder how Jose, Miguel and Maria even qualified.

Yesleen, and Maintenance team are amazing, I’ve been here for many years. And there have been times I’ve had a few rough patches, yesleen helped me along the way, and understood my process. My boiler was in urgent need of fixing. Don Chuy, and Yesleen came to my rescue. If there is a problem they always get it resolved.

It is a nasty place to live we lived there for over 13 you and the office staff ii so rude and when you call for work order they never call or fix the problem.The city needs to come in and tear it down.They need new maintenance and office staff replaced.all they care about is fixing the outside and not the inside for residents.
