Harmon Villas

The apartments at Harmon Villas are nice and clean, and overall the area feels pretty quiet and family-friendly. They also have a playground and a basketball court, which is great for kids. However, the management could definitely be more consistent. It seems like there’s always a new manager, which makes things a little confusing at times. It would also be great if the apartments did more activities or events for the kids who live here, especially during the holidays. Overall, it’s a decent place to live, but with more stable management and some community engagement for the children, it could be even better.

I need 1 star to write a review. I’ve lived here 6 years and I’m done with this place. I’m moving out as soon as possible. They never answer the phone or call you back. They don’t have maintenance, so if you have an issue expect to wait weeks for it to be completed, and hope whoever they send, can actually fix the issue. & If you have a maintenance emergency after hours, you’re on your own. My kitchen flooded overnight, and nobody called me back or responded. The lights on the building do not work so it be extremely dark at night here, safety issue. The gates have been broke the entire time I’ve lived here. Some kids tried to drown another kid in the pool a couple years ago so the pool has been shut down ever since. I am extremely disappointed with how this apartment complex handled my application process. I brought in all the documents they asked for, only to be told the next time I came that I needed to bring even more, or that what I submitted wasn’t acceptable. After multiple long drives back and forth, I left a $400 deposit (money order), only to find the office closed for four days straight with no one available. When I finally got in touch with a manager, she told me they couldn’t accept my paystubs because they were in PDF format instead of screenshots. On top of that, she admitted there was never actually an apartment available for me ..even though another manager had already assigned me a unit number and move-in date. I asked for my deposit back, and instead of an apology or accountability

This grab bar in the elevator has been broken for at least two months and the manager Amanda just keeps saying I know, it will get fixed. This is a safety issue for the elderly residents! Why is it taking months to get fixed? There has also been people living and staying there who are Not residents. This is a 55 and up community and teenagers /homeless are not supposed to be living there. Again management is aware but does nothing.

The absolute worst place! Asset management has to be the worst company to take over this apartment complex. I had a friend who lived here and it was a nightmare for her. And another friend who tried to apply here and ended up going with another apartment because this management didn’t know how to do anything. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY FAR AWAY. !!!!
