I have emailed with no response, but I want to say how thankful I am for the new manager. She has been a bright, shining light here since starting. She goes out of her way to help if you are struggling. I recently lost my husband, and she has been so kind during this time. She keeps her door open all day, never acts too busy to talk to us or help us, and treats us like we matter to her. She remembers things we have talked to her about and does what she says she will do. thank you Nevada Hand for listening to the residents and sending us a manager that cares about us and our homes.

My previous review of Harmon Pines was critical, but I'm delighted to report a significant positive shift. The appointment of Shawanna Patterson as property manager has been a game-changer. In the nearly three years I've lived here, she stands out as the most effective and dedicated manager. Her deep understanding of property management, coupled with her honesty, fairness, and genuine care for residents, has elevated the living experience here considerably.  Shawanna's expertise is so profound that she should be training both new and existing managers – and certainly deserves additional compensation for such a valuable contribution.

I like everything about this place. Everyone is very helpful and friendly.

Truthfully my Mama lives there, it's a 55 and up senior living apartments. Not the best management, they don't really care about the people that live there, they just want to make money off them, without having to repair or upgrade certain safety concerns. The availability of basic entertainment such as library room or billiard room are curtailed because maintenance person can't be bothered to do their job, and unlock the rooms in the AM and lock them at the end of the day. Why do they do this? Because homeless people have been found sleeping in there!
