Great area, right by the mountains, clean, and beautiful inside and out. THE STRIP PURPLE LIGHTS IN KITCHEN ARE NOT INCLUDED. But you could live this esthetically pleasing too. There is good Chandelier lighting in dining room, and one above the kitchen. You can see the kitchen and dining lights in photos.

Cutting to the chase - ridiculous to be paying for a hot tub and pool that are only open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Who can use the pool Mon-Fri 9am-5pm?! No one who lives here thats for sure. I used to recommend Harlow but now I definitely do not. Pool was closed half the year, waiting for pool heater (or something like that). I wasn’t upset- I work in the world of Pools and know that they are finicky and take time and money to fix. Then pool opening date came and they “were waiting until new furniture came in”, new furniture came in and “we are waiting til next week so we can throw a residents bbq part with the reopening of pool and new furniture”. Would you like to live in a place that rent goes up every year, but nothing is done? How about a place thats in summerlin, but it feels like north las vegas? How about a place where you put complaints in about noisey neighbors and are told " oh theyre just noisey". How about a place that had a mail lock installed but the mail man cannot put the lock on correctly, so your mail os constantly being held until you go into the office and fix it? How about a place where they closed on the weekend and when there's a problem with your mail and you cannot get medication that is needed, they refuse to even hear you? Then move in here! I can't complain at all. Just wanted a day one review of the place and will update. So far it's been great. Everyone in the office is lovely, the moving in process was smooth and Jennifer was quick and helpful during our correspondence via email and phone call. I wish I was able to remember the man's name that was in the office day of my move in. He was great as well and very friendly. I moved in and my dryer was non operational, and the same day I signed for keys that afternoon they had a new dryer in and ready to go before I got back from work. Week of move in has been excellent, I'm looking forward and hopeful to the continuation of how well this experience has been.

My family and I have lived here for the last 3 years. We are so happy with all the updates made recently. We are looking forward to moving into a newly upgraded apartment in March. The new team has done a great job. I feel like I am in a new community. We had fun with other residents at the pizza party yesterday.
