I'm so glad, that we have such management as Harlor. Their team are so friendly and helpful. Claudia is the best and very communicative person. Any time anything needs to be fixed - she's always does her best to fix it in a timely matter. Any our request took less than 24 hours to be done. Understandable and helpful team.

Unfortunately had negative experiences with Janet here at Harlor Management. After confirming appointment with Janet she showed up late to show property without any communication whatsoever (she confirmed she had mobile number however failed to call) and to make matters worse when she finally arrived she was sitting in her parked vehicle too lazy to come out. Finally when she came out she failed to take accountability and acknowledge her shortcomings, she further exacerbated the situation by being rude and hasty. She failed to answer the most basic questions about the apartment like square footage, laundry room, parking? By responding with "I don't know". It was obvious she did not care about her job at all. Upon asking her if there were other vacancies she said there's another one nearby

Janet Palacios here is beyond unprofessional, lazy, and rude. Janet appears to hate her job and just does not care. She fails to promptly communicate, arrives late, says one thing but does another. Janet is untrustworthy and is doing Harlor Management more harm than good. Who hires these wasteful people!

The only positive that can be said about them is that they are responsive. Aside from that they are cheap and genuinely don't care about their tenants at all if it will cost them anything they will complain and will try to charge you whenever they can. Don't rent from these people they are snakes and that's putting it nicely, their buildings aren't worth the rent they charge. If I could give a negative review I would but 1 star is as low as it go's.

I live there for quite a long time and they were quite nice and they took care of everything immediately. So I have nothing to say but nice things..
