Hardy is a wonderful realtor. As a first-time home buyer, who is new to Florida, I needed a lot of support and Hardy was there every step of the way. He took the time to explain each process and kept me in the loop. Hardy is exceptionally responsive. For example, whenever I was interested in a property, he always got back to me promptly to schedule a showing. When it came time to negotiate and put in an offer, I felt confident about moving forward with Hardy’s counsel! During the closing process, we spoke regularly as new developments occurred. I recently moved to the southern Florida area from the "north" and knew nothing of the area. This was a corporate move and corporate provided me with enough information so that I was "dangerous".....Upon my first visit to the area, I walked into the Coldwell Banker office where Hardy was on duty.
