Harden built an amazing lakefront home for us. The building process in Southwest Florida can be frustrating at times. But, in the end, they deliver a top quality custom home that (we think) is the nicest in our neighborhood!

The team at Harden took our vision and turned it into reality. They built the custom home of our dreams, and we couldn't be happier! The home building process can be stressful and frustrating but Mark, Matt, Blake, and the rest of the team were with us every step of the way making sure we got exactly what we wanted. I can't recommend Harden enough if you're looking for a builder with honesty, integrity, and an attention for detail.

Harden custom homes built our home 2 years ago but this past week my husband and I just experienced the worst hurricane either of us has ever encountered and are shocked with the amount of destruction around us! Our neighbor is the Sarasota County Sheriff and told us they clocked winds in our neighborhood from hurricane Ian at 153 MPH but our house is still standing and looking like it wasn’t even touched! Only a few shingles and one pool screen gone. We are so thankful that we chose Harden to build our home. They are wonderful people and not only do they build a beautiful home but one that is strong enough to withstand a borderline Category 5 hurricane!

Mark Harden’s experience and attention to details really helped us see the vision for our dream home come to life. He was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had, and he made sure to keep us updated throughout the entire design and planning process. Unfortunately, we had to relocate to the Midwest before we could break ground on our new home. Despite this, we had no doubt that our home would have been built with precision and care, and the Harden attention to detail would have been evident in every corner of the house. From the beautifully designed vaulted ceilings with natural light streaming into the living room, to the luxury designed custom kitchen with an incredible walk-in pantry. The Harden team planned every aspect of our home with the highest quality in mind.

Mark and his team are super professional and knowledgeable. Mark helped navigate several design challenges and the finished design was outstanding. From start to finish, the team kept us informed about scheduling. We would recommend using Harden Custom Homes! Rod and Maggie
