Harbour Ridge Apartments

This place is trash. BBB, housing authority or whoever should shut this place down. Complained for over 2 yrs about water damage. Finally they got some one to come and check it out(left a 2x2 ft hole in ceilings leaving us exposed to insulation and anything in attic) Apartment is now unlivable. Given option to opt out of lease or rent a different place which I chose the latter. New apartment extremely infested with roaches. Wasn’t able to move in for 15 days due to waiting on exterminator. They will not wave Oct rent due to their inconveniencing me. Now being rushed to vacate old apartment so they can start repairs after 2 yrs. Appalled at the fact no one in upper management can even be bothered to call and apologize for or try to make situation better

Zero communication!!! Definitely would not recommend. Yes, still zero communication only tell me I need to talk to the lease holder because they left me off of it.

Living here was an absolute nightmare I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy. I was lied to from the moment I toured. I was given supposedly the best apartment that they typically use as the tour apartment. The day I moved in and the night I started cooking, roaches started coming out of behind the stove and fridge. I truly can’t make this up. I lived there for 30 days being told this was a fluke and they would fix it. Finally the exterminator leveled with me that the entire complex is massively infested and my unit did in fact have the smallest problem. I saw upwards of 20 roaches a day! He told me the roaches are in the walls and no amount of exterminating will fix the problem long term. I was also told my fridge had a nest of roaches in it by the exterminator and I presented this to the prop

I’ve been here for almost a year and had little issues. I get along with my neighbors. Everyone minds their own business. For the price of rent here I feel it’s a decent complex. New management just took over and she is great and really trying to make improvements aesthetically. I’ve lived in 3 complexes in Wilmington. The other 2 the rent was much higher and I had lots of issues. This has been the best place so far.
