This company and their owner Jeffery were amazing. They are quick to handle any issues on their properties and always kind. I damaged some things in the unit I rented and they were more than reasonable with deductions from my security deposit. 10/10 would recommend!

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. I lived in one of their properties for 6 years. THEY NEVER IMPROVED NOR BETTER THE APARTMENT UNIT I LIVED IN. After 6 years of paying my rent on time and being a good tenant, they deducted $ 240 just for regular wear & tear of the apartment. Also, after 6 years of good tenancy; they kept $ 60 for an extended stay of only 2 days. That is MISERY at its craziest. When I moved in, I gave first, last, and security deposit, and paid my rent every month on time. I hired a professional cleaning company to clean the apartment. In their lease, a walk-through inspection must be conducted, and the landlord and tenant must be PRESENT. They CONDUCTED THE MOVE OUT INSPECTION WITHOUT ME BEING PRESENT. (EVEN THOUGH I CALLED THEM MANY TIMES TO BE PRESENT DURING THE MOVE OUT

I rented from Jeff & his family for a long time. Everything about how they operate their business is great. They were responsive to all maintenance requests and updated appliances whenever necessary. Over all they are fair and reasonable people. I have recommended them to friends and if Jeff & Patty didn't have a unit that met their needs they recommended another agency that might be able to help them. I love the new place I purchased but will miss the location in sailboat bend.

Harbour Realty is true garbage company. Not only my brother John is the most honest man you could ever meet, also a role model for the community. Harbour Realty confiscated a percentage of his security deposit without him being present during the moving out inspection. Harbour Realty should brush their teeth before talking about my brother. HARBOUR REALTY is not honest.
