***CONS*** -You could end up living here without AC for years, as I did for 4 out of my 8 years, with no support to get a window unit. -You might frequently lose heat due to poorly rigged units that trip the electricity, leaving half your unit without power. -You might not have a proper shower or tub, as they just repaint over the old one with regular paint, covering chips and mold instead of addressing the issue. -Your rooms might leak during rain because they neglect roof repairs, leaving the attic spaces to soak and the ceiling so damp you can poke holes through it. -You’re unlikely to get updated appliances and will probably receive leftovers from other apartments instead. -You might not get window screens to enjoy the breeze, making it harder to clear out the smell of your neighbors'

DO NOT MOVE HERE! I’ve been here not even 2 whole months and it’s been a living hell ! From my second day living here it’s been roaches THROUGHOUT the home, I didn’t have working AC in 90-100 degree weather & no hot water in the shower. You put in maintenance requests and they never get resolved. You call the office and they don’t answer the phone , I’ve been in the office multiple times concerning my issues for them to lie to me and say it’s being handled or that someone would come out. No one has come. Someone came to spray for roaches and only sprayed one area of the home then proceeds to tell me they’ll have to come back and spray again . Since he’s sprayed the infestation has gotten worse. They pester you with emails and texts regarding rent payments but take no initiative to fix anyt

Well let's start with how I had to live in an apartment for a month with no a/c then when you put in an work order it never gets done but you'll receive a survey for how satisfied you were with the work being done really work that was never done this place is sad sad as it can be even the pictures on goggle is a bunch of bull crap playground not pool not one this place is the pits. For 1275 youre living a nightmare bedbugs included. Let's get down to the nitty gritty ok after the ac unit now the neighbor who played music after hours and when you complain you're the problem...police standoff from him baracading himself on the apartment for almost an hour ...police high speed chase 2am in the night...crackheads fighting 9am in the morning...an entire list of things that needs to be fixed yet

When a maintenance worker looks at the tenant and says he refuses to do his job then you know it's time to go. These new "owners" are no better if not worse then last ones. Turned in a money order because their brand new system wasnt working and they never cashed it. So I was forced to pay more money to keep my roof. Maintenance workers showing up without calling or texting and not giving a notice like the law states. Dirty property with dirty attitudes. Worst experience ever. Do yourself a favour and dont even attempt to move here. You will 10000000000% regret it.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!! I placed a maintenance work order on August 31 because sparks were coming out of the electrical socket. The apartment complex neglected to fix it. September 4 sparks and flames came from the same electrical socket and knocked off the power to all of my bedrooms. I called the office number expecting to get a number for the emergency maintenance line. No emergency number was available. I then called the 911 dispatch and they sent firefighters to look at the socket. They determined the wires were burned and they removed the socket. September 5 I went to the office to speak with the property manager. He made no eye contact showed zero concern and said he was putting in a work order but no one would be there until Monday. Never asked what the firefighters found or what th
