We absolutely love living here! The community is always clean, quiet, and well maintained. The staff are friendly, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the amenities are great. It really feels like home — we couldn’t be happier!

Lived at the Harbour club for almost 4 years ! Great complex. Always felt safe.The crew maintains this place very well. Any problems or maintenance ,received an immediate response from the Super . I got very lucky to have found this place !! The only reason I left was because I retired and left New York. You will be very happy at the Harbour Club !!

I actually lived here for 4 years and chose to move out because I "thought" a new place would be better for my circumstances at the time. Unfortunately, I made a big mistake, that said once my lease was up I chose to move back to Harbour Club last fall, and I am so much happier being back. Sometimes the "grass is Not always greener on the other side". Everything is well maintained, the leasing office staff is more than helpful and the maintenance guys are great. I'm so glad I moved back to Harbour Club and have nothing negative to say and would recommend living here to anyone. Thank you to all the staff!

I've lived at Harbour Club for a year now and have nothing but great things to say!! The associates in the office are very nice and quick to respond. Their email communication is wonderful- they always email if something is going on that the residents need to know about- sometimes they even call! The grounds are beautiful and the amenities are always kept up. If I report a maintenance issue, they are out within 24 hours if not that same day. Again, communication is great there too. I always get a call with an update. Its a very quite community as well which I really enjoy. I would recommend this complex to anyone! Will definitely be renewing my lease.

The complex is always clean and well taken care of. The units are also nice and cheaper than other places. The maintenance guys are quick but not efficient and also they are not on the same page one of them would tell you something and when the other one comes he will tell you that the other guy doesn’t know what he’s talking about, aren’t you guys on the same team? Although they try their best to take care of the complex, the buildings are so old that you will hear squeaking whenever your upstairs neighbor move. You can also hear them talking, opening drawers and even turning on lights which could be a problem for people who wakes up by any noise, especially if your neighbors don’t care about quiet hours.
