Harbor Steps Apartments

I have been here at harbor steps for. 1 year! The leasing staff and employees are wonderful and helpful caring. people , knowledgeable and they have helped me out of many situations I didn’t understand, it’s been awesome ,Emma is great to work with and I highly recommend her services in the future , I plan on staying here for a long time 🤙🤙🤙. Harbor Steps has been an excellent place to live with amazing staff! I want to specifically highlight one of the maintenance techs, Sean. When our washer dryer was leaking, Sean took the time to explain what issues he found in an understandable and clear way. When it became clear that we needed a new washer dryer, he made sure that we were able to get one installed in a timely manner. He has been incredibly diligent in making sure that we received the assistance we needed, and has remained kind and gracious the whole time (despite the complicated issues we had). He is quick to fix things, and goes the extra mile by making sure we understood what the issue was and how he was fixing it - what could have been a MAJOR headache was handled with confidence and ease. Positive: Can't beat location. Next to Pike Market, the waterfront, light rail and all major bus lines, it's a great place to go out and experience everything great about the city. The two stars are completely for this reason, because Seattle is an awesome city to live in. Negative: Everything about the actual apartment complex and the people who own/operate it. (1) The company pretends to want a community feel but 50+ units are available on various rental apps (Airbnb, VRBO) with at least one host showing they have 13 apartments available for stays. You're constantly seeing new people that don't give a crap about the "community" and the people renting them also don't care about safety or security. - A guy living on my floor in the northwest tower also rented out 3 of the units on the sam

My time living at harbor steps has been great! The leasing staff is amazing and friendly, and are always going above and beyond for residents, especially Emma and Frankie. Just today for Valentine’s Day they went to every single unit on the property to leave little goodie bags. Great location too!
