Harbor Point

I was in the process of taking some automotive photos of my car at Harbor Point when, about five minutes in, a man approached and asked what I was doing. I explained that I was photographing my car, at which point he told me I wasn’t allowed to do that. When I asked who he was, he was initially hesitant to identify himself but eventually said his name was Carl Kuehner (CEO of Building Land Technology). Rather than engaging in further conversation or resolving the matter decided, he chose to block my car in and contacted both the police and security, seemingly to have me cited. However, a police officer simply drove by, waved, and did not stop or take any action. Terrible conditions for walking your dog in the winter time with the amount of salt thrown down on the sidewalks. The salt is not dog friendly and causes burns on their paws. Please use dog friendly salt and spread it out.

Having lived here for the past few years, I can say this is a great spot in Stamford. Food, dog parks, parking... all just a bit better than the other side of town. It's so nice to be down by the water and the pace of life is just a tiny bit slower.

Beautiful location but overpriced when compared to apartments that are located directly within Stamford city. Additionally, to get water views, you have to shell out an additionally $700 for only the 4th floor.

Big choice of bread, bakery. Brunches and coffee. Good to drop here time after time. Sometimes need to wait..
