Harbor Palms Apartments

The day before I was about to move my vehicle has been broken into. Security guard was sleep at the front entrance instead of doing his job. Rent is too high and getting higher. Rats and roaches come everywhere inside and outside the apartments. My floor had a flood because of the workers didn’t turn off the water while they were fixing our sink. When I was looking for them, one of the neighbors said that they were all in Naples and that her floor was flooded also. It’s so much more I can add on put overall these are the main pin points. Highly wouldn’t recommend at all

Wow, this is such an awesome spot. No green card no problem they don’t care at all. You don’t need citizenship whatsoever. Anybody pull up, you will be treated like family. I had no idea places like this existed in America my whole life I grew thinking you had to be a citizen to live a good life. Visiting Harbor East I learned that you could get away with anything in Spanish community. I saw a family with 12 people in a two bedroom apartment .you can even set up a flea market on the side of the road in front of the gate and the city doesn’t even care because they’re scared of the Spanish people , you can play music till any hour Legit no rules at this place the best are the soccer games in the makeshift court in the back They don’t care do anything you want the city of Fort Myers has given

My son passed away this week and I have been trying to reach management without any success. I have tried two phone numbers and had to leave messages both times, letting them know the urgency of the matter. No one has returned any of my calls. I would have rated them less than one star if that option was available.

Absolutely insane that this place exist you literally see people doing open transactions for drugs. Nobody cares though gotta love the city of Fort Myers .

Security won’t even let you in the property even if you’re visiting or picking someone up I tried asking him why and he said because and he told me that he doesn’t speak English and I kept asking him why he doesn’t let anyone in and said you need a sticker on your car to let you in but other days he’s not there we can go in but he’s only there a couple days out the week
