Harbor Isle

Since taking over the management of Harbor Isle, Mickey has made this a great place to live. He is very responsive to any calls, texts or emails. Apartment and building concerns are addressed immediately and he follows up to make sure the repairs were done to satisfaction. Older buildings can be a challenge but Mickey is on top of the maintenance of the building. It’s a pleasure interacting with him and I am always confident that any issues or concerns will be handled effectively and immediately. Great job Mickey, thank you for all that you do!

Our manager, Mickey, at Harbor Isle is fantastic. He's always on top of what's going on, and communicates with us about it. He is personable, friendly, organized and fair. He responds to messages promptly, and will even do so, if he can, on the weekend. He takes care of us, and I know he does whatever he can to make things right. Our manager, Mickey is so wonderful! He always gets back to me anytime there is an issue or I need a repair. He is always friendly, professional, and I'm always given advance notice on any building repairs that are being done as well.

I've had a really great time here. Mickey is fantastic, and so is the Maintenance crew. Things get handled promptly and efficiently, and they're good with communication. It's also great having an actual parking spot.

Building is decent for the most part but is in badly need of a paint job. The doors and windows are old and a lot of outside noise and cold air seeps in making heating bills in the winter higher than they need to be while also allowing the air conditioning to escape in the summer. Relating to the noise, the outdated windows allow the noisy neighbors talking, sometimes screaming on their phones to be heard as if you were in the same room with them. The laundry room needs to be updated. There are only 2 washers and 2 dryers for 34 units. The washers barely clean the clothes and are often broke and smell. Management has been made aware but nothing gets done. The front load washers also cause the clothes to fall on the dirty laundry room floor when you take them out. Since June there has be
