We first met Marcia at the sales office in Harbor Isle, and the experience was an excellent one from the beginning. Then we met the Construction manager, Zach, and he was very supportive and ready to answer all our questions. every time we called him he responded right away. The neighborhood is very nice and close proximity to the beach.

Great location, close proximity to the beach. We love the surrounding areas and people we've met. Our first interaction was with Vince from sales. He was professional & extremely knowledgable about the product he was selling. Our builder, Chris, was excellent and very skilled in his field. He delivered a beautiful home to us with top notch quality.

Our experience with DiVosta was completely satisfactory. Chris, the Building Manager did an outstanding job at every step of the way. He answered all of our questions clearly and promptly, kept us informed of the building's progress week to week and month to month, exceeded all of our expectations as far as quality and timing were concerned and gave my family and me the confidence we needed to know that in choosing a DiVosta residence we had made not only the right but the ideal choice. Great location next to the Indian River Lagoon. Homes are built to last. My insurance is 70% less and the breeze from the ocean makes the air feel fresh.
