Don’t lie to Lisa, and don’t talk to your neighbors and you’ll be fine. I love it here. Just mind your own business and it’s nice and quiet and safe for families. Cops routinely patrol the place. I have no complaints. And if I ever did, I know Lisa (the manager) would take care of it.
They are more 2-3 bdrm townhouses then traditional apartments. Each are 2 stories with their own front & bk door. Also there is a large single story building where you will find the office that is full of single 1 bdrm apartments for older & disabled individuals. Rent based on Income. There's a playground & lots of parking. Individual mailboxes at the entrance to each square of apartments.
Everyone is so nice , places nice and clean. They keep it looking nice. No reports of any bugs..
They have bed bugs and a manager that is like a warden
do they allow cats?
