Harbor Beach Apartments

So I needed to give this review right now. I am literally walking out of the leasing office and if smooth process was a team it is laura, alex, and karen, they make the perfect trio. They made sure my apartment was ready as the lease was being signed they made sure that I had everything together because I had to go to work and they wanted me to make sure everything was good before I went to work. Huge shout out to them for making this process so seamless. And I'd like to also thank Thalia, she made the initial process very painless. If you're looking for great customer service this is the place you need to be they are outstanding! Now for the apartment, another piece of perfection. Everything is absolutely beautiful and ready for moving immediately. I definitely don't have any complaints.

I had to change my review due to how nice your staff and maintenance are! I’m rating low because of the rent portal having issues, and getting an attitude from Cherise Gordon, her not being able to fix the issue as well. Jason should get a raise! Very professional. Love the maintenance guys they are all cool and welcoming.

Harbor beach apartments have the best staff ever. The management team is always there to help. Evan, Alex and Laura really care about their residents here and always go above and beyond.

I recently had my ac break down in unit 2246 in this terrible cold. We had one of the maintenance men come fix today, Donald from the tactical team has been amazing. He put in the new unit, welded down the copper fittings and clean behind himself. He was very professional and polite, cleaned all of his trash and got rid of it. Now my house is nice and warm. Would definitely recommend for any fixtures around the neighborhood.

She was polite, patient, and extremely helpful throughout my apartment application process. She took the time to answer all my questions and made everything much easier. I truly appreciate her professionalism and support - Laura
