Harbisons Dairy

I have lived a Harbisons Dairy for almost 2 years now. Where the overall experience has been satisfactory. I enjoy my living space and view, the common areas are useful with spaces to get work done outside of my apartment. The gym is decent for a small space but does often have mechanical issues with machines. However, you can still work out and enjoy it. The management team is helpful although sometimes responses can be delayed. The maintenance team is always super helpful. Montez resolves issues and fixes things in a timely manner and does a great job at keeping the building in good condition. There is an issue with package theft that can easily be resolved with utilizing Fetch, where i have not experienced any issues since. Overall, Harbisons Dairy is a good place to live and has an

Update: Changing this to one star. Management is chronically unresponsive. No one answered my request for the new bike room code before move out and I am still being charged for rent even though I terminated my lease. And FYI they are giving out giftcards for reviews, so interpret that as you will. Pictures included: the email incentivizing reviews and the state of both A/C units. The streaks on the wall were there upon move in and a giant bucket was left under the unit. If you want a cookie cutter apartment building in this area with unresponsive property managers, Harbison's Dairy is your spot. The gym is fine if you just want one working treadmilll and weights (the bikes never work). I personally haven't had pest issues, but I think that is just because my unit is on the fourth floor

Love it here. I’ve lived in three different units in Harbisons Dairy, and each move was seamless thanks to the management team. I even moved to a different neighborhood at one point, but when I decided to come back, choosing this building again was an easy decision. The space is beautiful and so aesthetic- there are so many nods to the history of the building/neighborhood, and the common areas are gorgeous. The location is unbeatable!

been a resident here for almost a year now and have only had a great experience. the gym is solid for a quick workout, the rooftop offers a great social space, and the lounge a nice place to relax. the units/building have character to them in their materials and design the way a lot of the new luxury style apartments in the area lack. if you want a building with character, friendly residents and staff, and good accessibility to transit and social scenes, this is the place for you!

Recently was given a tour by Nate, who was very pleasant and patient when answering all of my questions. The place is beautiful both inside and out with a vintage feel. Considering the history behind Harbisons Dairy, it’s amazing how they have turned the space into something so homey. I loved the rooftop, but the views don’t stop there either. The apartment I toured has a great window perfect for those who love natural lighting like myself. Overall, I would recommend Harbisons Dairy.
