Harbison Gardens

Unless you are in a very difficult situation and need immediate housing, I would strongly reconsider moving to Harvesting Garden. The units are spacious, and you do get a good amount of room for the price. However, the overall living conditions and management issues outweigh that benefit. There is a serious roach problem. Although pest control services are mentioned, they are rarely seen, and the issue does not appear to be effectively addressed. Trash disposal is another major concern. There is only one trash area for the entire property, and it frequently overflows. Garbage often accumulates around the complex, which contributes to the pest problem and overall unsanitary conditions. Safety is also a concern. This place is horrible. Little do they know I have a law suit going on with them right now. I have Sickle Cell Disease and I got approve for this apartment since July did not move in til September 16th. A o look at the videos and I have been dealing with this since I moved in. We went to court on May 7th for non payment of rent but yall haven't been paid because I have been in and out of the hospital since I moved in apartment is unbearable for me to live in because of my health issues so I'm in and out of hotels and also pillow to post because yall can't keep up with maintenance.

April made a year living here. Honestly, everything said is pretty much true other than me experiencing any shootings. The 4 bedrooms are very spacious and nice, but the complex is very trashy! No one ever picks up the phone in the office and the roaches are horrible. I would NOT recommend! As far as the property managers, i'll just keep my opinion to myself smh.

I've been trying to make an appointment for a tour for the longest time and im not having no luck at all.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Harbison Gardens is the worst property here in the city of Columbia. There’s trash and debris all around the property, There’s always maintenance issues, rats in the walls and to top it off there’s always a shooting happening on a daily. The property manager Roselyn is extremely unprofessional and unorganized I’ve never lived or visited an apartment complex where the office is always locked and you can’t reach anyone to communicate and have your issues resolved. There’s no sense of community and it’s extremely unsafe. This apartment complex is going down the drain on a one way ticket to hell. If you’re searching for a place to live and raise your family don’t waste your time and gas drive quickly to the surrounding complexes. I DO NOT RECOM
