He has been very helpful to me in assessing my options, and sharing timely market information with me. I really appreciate his helpfulness and patience in dealing with my requests.

This company has the worst customer service skills I have ever encountered!!! If I could give them 0 stars I would. Lorraine Fender is who I spoke with and she has zero knowledge about the covenants in our neighborhood while offering zero assistance of any kind. I asked for documentation she said I could not have which is fine and I understand the reasons but the incredibly rude and nasty way she talks to people is the problem. She told us and I quote “we are nothing to her and she doesn’t have to help us.” We asked about the street lights in our neighborhood and she said we have to call the electric company to have the street lamps turned on. What?!?! I asked to speak to a manager and she told me “I am the end all be all.” I asked her why she is so rude and did she understand that the wa
