Hanover Southampton is a great place to live. The location is in the heart of the Rice University area so it's walkable to many restaurants, bars and museums. Service is great. Elizabeth, the manage, is extremely kind and takes care of all the residents needs. Finally, I need to shout out the concierges who are available 24/7. I feel so lucky to live at such a special spot and highly, highly recommend this building to people interested. Finally, Nawaf is the best concierge at the Hanover in Houston. He always is so nice and helpful. Hanover is LUCKY to have him!

I had the pleasure of working an event at this beautiful residential building, and I was genuinely impressed. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful from the moment I arrived—they made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. The residents were kind, and the overall atmosphere felt warm and professional. On top of that, the amenities are top-notch and truly reflect the luxury of the space. It’s clear this is more than just a place to live—it’s a real community.

Hanover Southampton is an exceptional property. If you are a runner, cyclist, swimmer, gym junkie, or outdoor weekend warrior athlete, you will enjoy living here. Great views from our Sky Lounge. The concierge is staff is available 24/7. The exceptional front line staff, Sara, Blanca, Steven, and others always go out of their way to help with anything you need. Our manager Elizabeth Baxter, ensures that you are treated like family. I guess the best way to understand what it feels to live here, is to simply stand at the corner of Morningside/Dunstan, on any given day or night, and then walk in any direction and find out why this property is such a special place.

I recently delivered one of my champion pups to a resident at this incredible building, and I have to say—I was blown away. From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely kind. The resident who purchased the dog was wonderful to work with, and everyone I met had such a warm, welcoming energy. The building itself is absolutely beautiful, with a peaceful, upscale atmosphere and top-tier amenities. Honestly, after visiting, I’m seriously thinking about moving in myself next year. It’s not just luxury—it feels like home.

Stopped by this high-rise for a delivery and honestly, I was surprised how nice everyone was. The building itself is beautiful, especially the top floor, which has an incredible view but what really stood out was the front desk staff. Super friendly, respectful, and made the whole stop feel easy and welcoming. You don’t see that often. Five-star experience, even just dropping something off.
