Hanover South End

Great complex. Amazing views. Resort style pool. Very nice gym, especially compared to other complexes. The staff is the best. Peyton R. has been so helpful for us since the beginning. We asked to see options so many times and she was extremely accommodating. Since we’ve moved in, Peyton, Haley G., and the rest of the office have been nothing but helpful and knowledgeable. They have worked out any issues that have arisen quickly. Thanks Peyton for helping us find out perfect apartment!

This is a beautiful apartment complex with insane amenities. I have been apartment touring for months and have seen so many luxury apartments in CLT and this was my favorite so far. Joe led me on the tour and answered every single one of my very thorough questions. He made me feel very welcomed and I even saw some of the guests say hi and they mentioned they loved living there. Joe expertly navigated me through all the amenities - you can easily get lost here. The pool is resort style plus there’s a movie theater! The floor plans are the most spacious I’ve seen and you can’t beat the views either. Thanks again Joe for an awesome tour!

I’ve lived at Hanover since July and absolutely love it. The staff is always communicative, maintenance is quick to help with anything that comes up, and the amenities are incredible—especially the pool! Plus, the walkability is amazing. I’m so happy living here, and my apartment truly feels like home.

I moved into Hanover Southend about four months ago. At first glance, the building, amenities, and apartment itself are nice, but over time it has become clear that the construction quality is lacking. Since moving in, we have experienced ongoing electrical issues including outlets not working, lights flickering, and lights completely going out. Maintenance will address the problems temporarily, but they continue to come back. We have been told they are working on getting an electrician to our unit, but the entire process has been frustrating and ongoing with no clear timeline for resolution. There have also been serious building issues, including an incident where the entire first floor flooded, which raised additional concerns about overall build quality and maintenance. My fiancé and

I recently toured the facility with Peyton and she did an incredible job. She was extremely knowledgeable, personable, answered any and all questions and was more than willing to allow me to see multiple views and layouts to really help me narrow down my decision. She was an absolute pleasure to get a tour from and made my experience touring one of the best I’ve ever had. Would highly recommend giving this building a tour!
