Hanover Riverwalk

I recently had the opportunity to tour Hanover Riverwalk in Fort Lauderdale, and I have to say the property is absolutely stunning. From the moment you walk into the lobby you can tell that a lot of thought went into the design and finishes. The stonework, flooring, lighting, and overall attention to detail make the space feel modern, elegant, and welcoming. Emma was the agent who gave the tour and she did an excellent job. She was knowledgeable about the property, very professional, and took the time to walk through the features and design elements that make this building stand out. As someone who works in the flooring industry with Atlanta Carpet, I especially appreciated seeing the craftsmanship and installation quality throughout the property. I recently toured Hanover Riverwalk and had a great experience. Samantha showed me around and was extremely knowledgeable about the property, the amenities, and the neighborhood. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made the whole tour feel relaxed and informative rather than rushed. The building itself looks beautiful and well maintained. Overall, a really positive tour experience thanks to Samantha’s professionalism and knowledge.

We cannot say enough about Emma. She is a superstar since day one Emma has been there to help us pick our new home and when we moved in without seeing our apartment it did not disappoint. The soaring ceilings the windows and everything great about the building. On day one we met Sam and she was Fantastic. Amazing group with Jean Carlo. Fifth Ave concierge has been extremely professional, Camilo, Nadjhee and Kevin are there for your every needs. We are so glad to have chosen Hanover riverwalk as our home. Thank you all.

Had a chance to tour the Hanover building today with Samantha she’s a real sweetheart… I normally don’t leave reviews but this has by far been one of the best experiences I had with a leasing office agent in a long time. She covered all of my questions and concerns with grace and wasn’t aggravated or impatient with me at all. I’m really considering making Hanover my next place of residence… This building is perfect 👌🏾
