Hanover Post Oak

I recently took a tour of this apartment building and had a great experience. The property itself is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. Everything was explained clearly, and the amenities and layout really stood out. A big part of what made the experience so enjoyable was our tour guide, Julia. She was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. She took her time answering all of our questions and made the tour feel welcoming and informative rather than rushed. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people find the right fit. Overall, it was a great experience, and this property is definitely high on my list thanks to the excellent tour and Julia’s outstanding service.

I love everything about living here! Austin was my leasing agent and he answered every question I had AND THEN SOME. He goes above and beyond, and makes such a personalized experience while touring. Even after that, he is always willing to make sure you feel comfortable settling in! I have lived at Hanover Post Oak for about six months now and have had the best experience. The amenities and location are great and the staff is so kind and welcoming! Our unit is really great with amazing views and great sound proofing. Julia gave us our initial tour and did a fabulous job!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hanover Post Oak Apartments during our visit to Houston, Texas. The location of Hanover Post Oak Apartments is perfect for anyone looking to explore Houston. It offers easy access to high-end shopping, fine dining establishments, and various entertainment options. Moreover, the security is high and staff working there are professional and accommodating. One of the highlights of our stay was interacting with the delightful concierge, Lily. From the moment we arrived, she was very welcoming & friendly making us feel right at home. Her attention to detail and commitment to customer service were truly commendable. Lily was incredibly knowledgeable about the local area and offered excellent recommendations for dining, shopping, and entertainment.

I went on a tour and the worker Julia showed me a floor plan with a color scheme I specifically told her I didn’t like. She then showed me another floor plan with a different color scheme which I did like and I told her I’ll take this one. After paying a $400 application fee, I was approved and they sent me the lease agreement. I wanted to walk the unit before signing the lease agreement, and to my surprise it was a completely different unit with the color scheme I told her I did not like. No where in the email, application, or verbally did she tell me I would be getting that color scheme. This seems like a bait and switch to get people to pay for an application as I’m being told they cannot refund me even though this was a mistake on their end.
