Hanover Parkview

I recently toured Hanover Parkview and had a great experience working with Valerie. She was very knowledgeable about the apartments, amenities, and everything the surrounding area has to offer. Valerie took her time answering my questions and made the tour feel thorough and informative without being rushed. If you’re considering this community, I definitely recommend asking for Valerie she made the process smooth and welcoming!

I lived here previously for over a year. My experience wasn’t great (and having previously lived in true luxury high rises in NYC and ATL, I recognize my privilege/perspective is informed by that). The manager Tiffany was always a highlight for me, kind and approachable and always doing what she can to make the community better. I couldn’t leave a 5 star review as I did have a safety concern there that I’ve never experienced anywhere before ( I won’t go into details too much but let’s say an intruder and stalker was able to get through multiple levels of security to my front door. Tiffany did her best to help manage the situation but ultimately for the extremely high price that I was paying for the sq feet and the lack of security/concierge, I didn’t feel it met my needs anymore. I’ve consistently had positive experiences with the on‑site staff and maintenance team, including timely responses and effective resolutions. However, I would appreciate if the team responsible for Hanover’s exterior property maintenance could schedule routine grounds and utility work at a more reasonable hour. There are frequent instances of lawn equipment, leaf blowers, and a loud tanker truck operating as early as 7:00 a.m., including again today, Friday, December 26, with the tanker running for approximately two hours. Even for those who wake up early, this level of noise is not something you want to begin your day with—especially when taking a morning walk or trying to ease into the day.
