Hanover Landing Apartments

Very disappointed, I moved in these apartments as my first place as a young person with a 5 month old. After a couple months started noticing problems. They pain over mold as there’s also seen mold around the apartment, the tub knob was broken, water kept coming up in the sink and it stinks, the dishwasher was broken… we had some really loud neighbors upstairs that were always fighting and police being called by others. Which the fighting was keeping my baby up. There’s always trash outside on the ground. I even caught a man urinating on the bushes outside 2 times as I was sitting in my car and he probably did not see me. There’s a guy there that begs everyone for money everytime you step outside. These apts are not well maintained at all. Even when the business office is open you have drug deals, people drinking in the parking lot, trash all over the place. Beer/liquor bottles on the playground. Not to mention what people have in the walkways. It's is a total nightmare. I have personally seen drug deals go down there and management just seems like they just don't care. If you have another place to check out please do so. Because,if you move in there you will move right back out!

We've been here 2 weeks. The apartment we moved into had new carpets and painted walls, so far we havent seen any bug problem, and as soon as we notified management about a leaky faucet maintenance ordered and replaced the part in a very timely manner. For the price we are happy with the apartments.

Myself, my girlfriend, and my son moved in about a week ago, and I agree with the other reviews; Management here is better, by far, than any we've encountered in Wilmington before. Vanessa was super helpful all through the application process, and a few days ago, my tire blew on my car, and the maintenance crew not only helped my girlfriend try to remove it, they also filled it with nitrogen so she could get to the tire place without being towed. A+ service with a great attitude! We love it out here and havent found a single fault!! The application process was very quick, and we didnt need a cosigner either. We really appreciate all they've done for us already, and look forward to the rest of our 12mos here!

Run the other way while you still can. Been here 9 months, had water bugs ever since. Windows have leaked EVERY hard rain, but they can't do anything about it "because the windows are just old". Roof leaks and terrible maintenance all around. My air filter wasnt even the correct size, they just crammed it in there. Our downstairs washer and dryer was not working or not even in the room for 4 of the months I've been here. New management when I moved in in May, now new management again in January....sounds like nobody wants responsibility of these s*** hole apartments. Don't let them fool you to get you in like they did me...they'll tell you they are turning the place around when in fact the whole place is still littered with crackheads.
